At Pecan Springs, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Pecan Springs welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two.

Cats and dogs are welcome with no weight limit. Breed Restrictions: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, St. Bernard, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, and Akita. All residents must complete the pet screening process with Pet Screening for all pets, support and service animals and must be approved by management after the review of the Pet Screening Profile. Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy.
